There are lot of companies offering In-Text ads major are Infolinks and Kontera and others also include Clicksor and Adbrite. But Infolinks & Kontera is far better then all other companies, reason better revenue then others and so I am using it on my own blog.
Pros:
Loads fast, good looking ad, easy to integrate, cpc is good, 80% of revenue distributed to publisher (according to them).
Higher payments: About 2-3 time more per click payouts than Kontera for same user traffic(US) .
A Great idea for producing unobtrusive ads.
Works on all browsers.
Smaller script than many competitors.
Other in text advertising networks can be used along with infolinks.

Cons:
